It is true that cremation among traditional Asians is quite rare. You need to buy wreath and flowers for the deceased person which is a symbol of affection and care towards the dies person; moreover it is also a symbol which brings peace to the soul of deceased person. The Asian culture uses respect and beauty throughout their services of funerals.

What should you expect when you attend the Asian Funeral?
The process of funeral and rites are completely based on the way how traditional is the family, the age of dies person, marital status as well as social status. The Tradition teaches that elder does not display respect to a person who is younger to them.

Thus, if funeral is of the younger person, then in such a case their body needs not to be brought at home. This custom is also applicable for infant or for small child. As no respect can be displayed, there are no wakes, prayers and offerings made, however service and burial would be done in utmost silence.

The Traditional Asian funerals would be held at home of deceased person. If death occurred inside house, the casket as well as service would be held inside the house only. If death happened outside the home, then casket and the service can be held in the courtyard which is near to your home. Flowers, Wreaths and picture of deceased will be placed upon the coffin.
