How to get better night sleep

In today fast world we give less care towards or life our lifestyle is harried, we usually go for fast food therefore the statistics show that this kind of lifestyle is taking a toll of the vital part of life and that is sleeping. As today fast pace of life is getting the best of us.

According to experts that most individual require about 7 to 9 hours of sleeping every night but it don’t apply to everyone. As some individual will only required to sleep about 6 hours while those who are more active or have an illness may require more sleeping.


You may found that individual who don’t get enough sleep you may find dark circles and sleepy look are common factor in these kind of individuals, as these kind of individual may have unpredictable moods, drowsiness during the day, have difficulty concentrating, weak immune systems, get sick more often.

Truly poor sleep have an ability of damaging the performance of task such as memory, learning and logical reasoning.. Therefore it can result into mistakes or unfulfilled potential at school, job as well as strained relationships at home. Even more disturbing, insufficient amounts of sleep have been linked to an increased risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, heart problem and depression.

  1. Avoid watch TV when you are getting in your bed.
  2. If you feel uncomfortable with your pillow or mattress don’t avoid changing pillow or mattress. Things to consider for changing your pillow and mattress are is your mattress provide the support you like, do you wake with your back pain. These are the things to understand to determine if your mattress is making you uneasy while night’s sleep. Therefore replacing your pillow with a new, fresh, higher quality version could be all that is required by you.
  3. Avoid drinking tea, coffee, soda and chocolate as these drinks have caffeine in them. As caffeine can cause problem in sleeping.
